Collinsville, Oklahoma (2/2/2023)... Mesa, Arizona's Corbin Rueschenberg is looking to chase POWRi National Midget Rookie of the Year honors with Mounce/Stout Motorsports.

Rueschenberg made a trio of POWRi National Midget starts in late 2022, and is already set to attend eight races, beginning at the Southern Illinois Center on March 10th and 11th.

Corbin is excited to get back behind the wheel of a Midget, "We showed great speed with Jay (Mounce), and Gavin (Stout) late in the year. I am still adjusting from the Micro Sprint to the Midget, and just need the seat time. I am super excited for the year and can't wait for the Xtreme Outlaw Series season opener at DuQuoin!"

Over the past two years, Rueschenberg has proved himself in the Micro Sprint ranks, claiming 9 Wins, 43 Top 5's, and 78 Top 10's across NOW600 Series, and competitve tracks throughout the United States. When he is not in a Midget with Mounce/Stout, he will be wheeling and dealing the JPU Racing #26 Micro Sprint.

Mounce/Stout Motorsports is no stranger to fielding POWRi National Midget Rookie of the Year drivers, having done so last year with Chase McDermand. The duo picked up three wins on their way to a fifth place finish in the points standings.

MSM co-owner Jay Mounce is ready to hit the road and watch Rueschenberg grow. "We are looking foward to working with Corbin and JPU Racing more in 2023! There will be several tracks that he will be familar with and several that will be totally new to him. We experinced the same learning curve with Chase (McDermand), and Jacob Denney last year, and we were able gather four victories between them. Gavin (Stout, co-owner) and I are excited to help him bridge the gap as quickly as we can as Corbin will be hopefully competeing for Rookie of the Year."

You can catch Corbin, Chase, and the rest of the Mounce/Stout Motorsports at the Southern Illinois Center in DuQuoin, Illinois on March 10th and 11th as they open their 2023 season with the Xtreme Outlaw Series.
